Messy Church is back on again this Sunday at Ivanhoe Uniting Church.
We will be celebrating Messy Advent, so not quite Christmas, but we’re entering into the anticipation of the season which is all about waiting with hope.
We’re looking at the story of the angel which appears to Jesus’ mother Mary with a special message.
We will share in the story, some messy activities and a meal.
All are welcome.

This month, Messy Church is going wild and heading OUTDOORS!
Continuing our focus on creation, we’ll be heading out on a guided walk around the bushland and parkland surrounding the ovals at the park. We’ll be using all our senses to watch for different creatures and to see what we notice about God’s creation. Then we’ll be sharing a celebration and picnic dinner.
We’re excited that some of our friends from our church’s climate action group will be joining us, helping guide us and sharing their ideas on how we can care for the environment.
Come prepared for wet and muddy ground. Wear gumboots or comfy shoes.
Meet us at 4.30pm in the carpark at the end of Irvine Road.
If you have friends who you think would like to join us at Messy Church, please bring them along with you.
All are welcome!
