Jesus loved to tell stories to his friends and followers. These stories, called parables, use everyday things like farmers, sheep, coins, seeds, food and families to teach big lessons about faith, love, forgiveness and God’s world.

This month we’re looking at a story Jesus told about a dad with two sons who never stops loving. Have a read of the story by going here, clicking on Gospels and scrolling down to Luke 15:1-3,11-32.

Jesus’ story ends with a BIG party and a feast, so we’re inviting you to bring along a small plate of party food to share over dinner (if you can). This will be a great way to celebrate the start of our year together.
